So you’re thinking about starting therapy
but not sure where to begin, or how to put things into words?
You don’t need a plan.
Just a little curiosity,
and a moment to land.
“Come as you are.”
(Kurt Cobain)
People I Support
I work with children, young people, and adults, with two Master’s degrees in psychotherapy, including specialist training in working with children and families.
Adults
Maybe you're prioritising your mental health for the first time, or maybe you're coming back after a pause, or maybe after trying short-term NHS support. Realising you’d benefit from something that goes deeper and adapts to who you are. Don’t worry, I got ya!
Teens & Pre-Teens
Teen therapy bridges the gap between childhood and adulthood. I offer a space where young people feel respected and understood — whether they prefer talking, creative expression, or simply having room to think. We work at their pace, helping them make sense of emotions, identity, friendships, school pressures, and life changes.
I balance privacy and support carefully, so young people feel safe, while parents remain appropriately involved.
Little ‘uns (ages 5 - 12)
Therapy for younger children is playful, creative, and developmentally-tailored — not “adult therapy in small chairs.” I use play, art, movement, stories, and gentle curiosity to help them express feelings they may not yet have words for, supporting emotional safety, resilience, and connection.
Guided by a non-directive, child-centred play therapy approach.
Students
Feeling like uni is meant to be ‘the best years’ but your brain didn’t get the memo? I offer a therapy space that’s calm, private, and off-campus. A place to talk openly, feel supported, and steady yourself through the ups and downs of uni life.
