Therapy matters,
but it’s not everything.
One session is only about 0.6% of your week.
The real work happens in the other 99.4%, as you start to weave what we explore together into your everyday life.
Still, that 0.6% matters deeply to me.
It’s a privilege to be trusted with your story, and I hold that space with care and respect.
Integrative psychotherapist is a melting pot of approaches, drawing from different therapeutic methods to support what you need most. I focus on attachment, psychodynamic, humanistic, relational and somatic approaches. This means I look at your past and present experiences to understand patterns, and help you create healthier ways of coping and relating to yourself and others.
It’s talking therapy combined with creative exploration.
Helping us to consider the thoughts, emotions and memories that might be hard to name or fully understand with words alone
- a way of making the unseen, seen.
I’m relationship-centred, so the connection between us really matters, trust, safety and how we communicate is part of the process of understanding what’s going on for you outside of the therapy space.
And when needed, I take a trauma-informed approach, blending conversation with gentle attention to what’s happening in your body, helping your nervous system settle, to finally
release what’s been held for too long.
