Support for adults

A space to understand yourself, your relationships, and the experiences that have shaped you.

People who come to see me often say …

“On paper, everything’s fine. But underneath, I’m exhausted from keeping it all together.”

Maybe you're burnt out, feeling lost or stuck in the same relationship patterns, wondering how you keep ending up back here. Or perhaps you're beginning to recognise how experiences from childhood are showing up in your life now. That might mean significant trauma, or the quieter, more subtle experiences you're only just realising have shaped you which you want to start to unpick.

As a queer therapist, I also work closely with the LGBTQIA+ community and people practising ethical non-monogamy (ENM), exploring identity, relationships, sense of self and how you connect with yourself, others and the world around you.

You don't have to know exactly what the problem is before you arive.

Sometimes figuring that out is part of the work.

Topics I often explore in therapy with adults:

  • Addiction

  • Anxiety

  • Burnout & boundaries

  • Family, friendships & wider relationships

  • Identity & sense of self

  • Life changes & transitions

  • LGBTQIA+

  • Loss, bereavement & grief

  • OCD

  • Sex & intimacy

  • Trauma (past & present)

(this is not an exhaustive list)
